Our washing machine waste pipe seems to be leaking. The pipework is behind an intergrated kitchen, and the only access is behind a dishwasher, although I cant move it to see if the leak is visble. I need a trustworthy person asap

All taps leak, such a waste of water. Our shower head doesn't work properly either-needs replacing. Also sometimes the toilet does not flush properly.

"Refer to my other job about Radiators, as this job and that were combined when Ali called me and explained that all various jobs could be done by the one person (which is different to what I'd been told by other plumbers). Ali was professional and helpful on the phone and arranged for Ned to visit to undertake all the various plumbing items that needed fixing. He was great. He did everything I requested (which was lots of little things). I called about 6 plumbers before finding "Rated People" and I was told that the jobs were all too small, so they wouldn't come out to do it. So glad I came across Rated People as Ali was keen to take on the job and Ned (who came out) took the time to go through things with me and explain the issues and what could be done - options and expense. He even purchased the taps/shower/toilet holders etc etc for me which was great as I didn't have the time. Very polite, helpful and sincere. Ned cleared up all the mess too. Really lovely man and great with the puppy - who kept getting in his way! A wonderful job. I am very happy. I would definately use Ned/Ali again. Cheers. Louise "

lpm4u did a very good job cleaning and repairing the water tank in the loft. They also came out in the middle of the night to deal with an emergency repair to a leaking toilet, for which I am extremely grateful. On both occasions the work was completed promptly, tidily, efficiently and within the budget. The team are friendly and polite and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

"They replaced one inefficient radiator with a more powerful model and fitted another, new one into an awkward space using old connections and without lifting the floor boards. All of this was done in one day, on a Saturday, so I didn't have to take time off work. Everything was tested at the end and left in perfect working order with no mess around the house. They were very punctual, both for the quote appointment and on the day the job was done. Am very impressed overall! "

A leak has appeared from one of the pipes under our kitchen sink. It's hard to determine exactly which pipe is leaking although my gut feeling is that it's the cold water pipe.

Had a previous plumber disconnect the radiator at one end, but the brackets failed and so the radiator needs removing and replacing with new brackets. (Minor wall filling may be required where the old brackets came off.) Also, I think my central heating remains on when the hot water is switched on but central heating is switched off. Would like it verified and possibly corrected.
